Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Our Commitment
TheCholoBD ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Lobstar, Inc., has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our community platform safe and to preventing, detecting, and removing any content or conduct that endangers children.
These standards apply to everyone who uses TheCholoBD across our website and mobile apps (collectively, the "Platform").
1. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, text, or links
- Sexualisation of minors, including drawn, animated, or AI-generated depictions
- Grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of a minor
- Trafficking, sexualised commentary, or any sexual interest directed at a child
- Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE content
Violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
2. How We Prevent & Detect Abuse
- Content moderation and automated profanity/abuse detection on posts and messages
- User reporting and blocking tools available throughout the Platform
- Review of reported content by our moderation team
- Account enforcement, including suspension and permanent bans for violations
3. How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that may sexually exploit or endanger a child, please report it immediately. You can:
- Use the in-app "Report" option on any post, comment, message, or user profile
- Email our child safety point of contact directly at thecholobd@gmail.com
We review CSAE reports as a priority and act as quickly as possible.
4. How We Respond
When we identify or receive a report of CSAE, we:
- Remove the offending content promptly
- Suspend or permanently ban the responsible account(s)
- Preserve relevant evidence and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement in Bangladesh as required by applicable law
- Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies
5. Minimum Age
TheCholoBD is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly allow under-age accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to an under-age user, we will take appropriate action, including removing the account.
6. Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, and we align our practices with recognised standards for combating CSAE. We update these standards as laws and best practices evolve.
